oculai is a technology for automated process and progress monitoring on construction sites using crane cameras and artificial intelligence. Plug-and-play cameras are sent to the construction site and mounted on the tower of top-slewing cranes. Once linked to the schedule, various construction processes are registered and localized from the video footage. A WebApp gives users access to the automatic target/actual schedule for progress monitoring, self-writing daily construction reports, productivity metrics and other key figures, as well as extensive camera functions. Based on the seamless and automatic construction documentation, project and site management teams save 20% time.
