Brextor is a pile head milling machine for processing foundation piles.
Most of the current processing methods (hydraulic hammer, pile breaker, recepieux etc.) work with vertical impact energy that cannot be controlled. The result are cracks in the concrete structure and damage to the reinforcing bars which endanger the structure in long term.
With its unique technology, Brextor works with horizontal energy – making it the only mechanical working method with 100% control of the used energy. The core- and surface tension are broken at the same time in the milling process, which is patented worldwide. The remaining concrete wall can then be broken away with the BRC pile head crusher without any risk of damage.
Brextor is fast, efficient, plannable and has much lower CO2 emissions than other methods.
